15-Day Weight Loss Diet Plan:

This diet is rich in lean and healthy protein sources (eggs, lean meat, poultry, and fish). They are the most effective way to lose weight because they burn fat and curb appetite while preserving muscle tissue.
In addition, this diet favors the fiber found in vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, etc.) and eliminates sugar, which disrupts metabolism and leads to weight gain.

The unique feature of this diet is that you must always eat the same thing for breakfast, then follow the advice below for the other meals of the day.

Breakfast: You can eat any fruit (just one) except grapes and bananas, as they are very high in sugar.

Note: The vegetables and meat you cook should preferably be eaten without salt, seasoned only with a drizzle of olive oil.

Days 6 and 7 are “off” days, so you can eat whatever you want, but be careful not to indulge in junk food and try to avoid sugary or processed foods.
From day 8, you can repeat the diet following the same pattern.

Important: Alcohol is prohibited throughout this diet.
