Pink Swan Cake

Recipe in Grams:

Cake Base:
All-purpose flour: 200g
Sugar: 150g
Butter: 100g (softened)
Eggs: 3 large eggs (approximately 150g)
Baking powder: 10g
Milk: 100g
Vanilla extract: 5g

Icing and Decorations:
Icing sugar: 200g
Water: 50g
Pink food coloring: As needed
White fondant: 100g (for swans and details)
Pink fondant: 100g (for roses and decorations)
Instructions:

1.Prepare the Cake Base:

-Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a heart-shaped cake pan.

-Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

-Sift together flour and baking powder, then fold into the wet mixture alternately with milk.

-Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.

2.Make the Icing:

-Combine icing sugar and water to create a smooth glaze. Add pink food coloring for the desired shade and set aside.

3.Decorate the Cake:

-Cover the cake with pink icing and smooth it evenly.

-Use white fondant to create the swans and pink fondant for the roses and additional decorations.

-Arrange the fondant decorations and use the icing for the final touches, including writing “Ballentinn” within the heart-shaped border.
