1. Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Easy Spicy Buffalo Wings 🌶️🍗🔥
Crispy, saucy, and perfectly spicy, these Buffalo Wings are the ultimate party favorite or game-day snack. With just the right balance of heat and tang, they’re quick to make and even quicker to disappear!
Ingredients:
For the Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings (split into drumettes and flats, tips removed)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Buffalo Sauce:
1/3 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar (optional, for a hint of sweetness)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
For Serving:
Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Celery sticks and carrot sticks
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Lightly grease the rack to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Wings:
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels (this helps them get crispy).
In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Bake the Wings:
Arrange the wings on the prepared wire rack, spacing them out so they’re not touching.
Bake for 20 minutes, flip the wings, and bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
Make the Buffalo Sauce:
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, honey or brown sugar (if using), and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and warmed through.
Coat the Wings:
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
Serve:
Arrange the wings on a platter and serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
Tips for Perfect Buffalo Wings:
Extra Crispy Wings: For even crispier wings, bake at 250°F (120°C) for 30 minutes first, then increase the temperature to 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Control the Heat: Adjust the amount of hot sauce or add more honey for a milder flavor.
Air Fryer Option: Cook wings in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
These Spicy Buffalo Wings are bold, flavorful, and ridiculously easy to make. Perfect for sharing—or not! 😉🍗🔥
